How to place an online order
Please browse the categories and when you have selected the item you would like to purchase please click on the quantity box and complete the number of balls/skeins you would like and then press the purchase button.
When you have completed all your purchases, click on the checkout button and this will take you through to the payment site, where you can make your choice of payments method to complete your purchase.

Product descriptions
All the information on this web-shop is deemed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge; however we cannot guarantee to be error free and completely current. As soon as any errors are brought to our attention we will deal with them accordingly. Colour names and swatches are for your convenience only.
Please be aware that due to various qualities in computer screens the colours might be slightly different than the actual yarn. When you order and you find that the order is not what you envisaged please feel free to return it in its original state with all labels and we will give you full refund.

Manner of purchasing
Debit card/credit card ( Unfortunately no American express cards)
This is the simplest and easiest method of paying. We offer an integrated card payment facility of Paypal with the highest fraud protection. For security reasons; your first transaction can only be shipped to the registered address of the card; subsequent orders may be shipped to an alternate address if you wish. Paypal
If you have an account with Paypal, you can login and complete your purchase easily and safely. Please do wait for a confirmation of your payment.

By cheque
You may like to pay by cheque; this will involve a slight delay but please feel free to post the cheque to us and once the funds have cleared into our account your order will be shipped.

Value added Tax (VAT)
If you are resident outside of the European Union or the goods are being delivered outside the EU then VAT will be removed from the cost of your goods. All other orders will include the UK VAT rate of 17.5%. The cost of carriage is inclusive of VAT irrespective of the billing address. However, as this is a new company there is a threshold that is VAT free and therefore I will offer this to you until the threshold is reached.

In the event we are short of stock
We do try to carry enough stock for most projects but if we are short when you place your order, you will be notified either by email or telephone. At this point you may choose to back order, alter your order or cancel. We will try to get your yarn choice as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that as some of our suppliers are overseas the order could take 10 – 28 days.

Delivery
United Kingdom – We use Royal Mail 1st class. There is a small packaging cost included in the postage charge. Customers can expect delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Please see the rates below:

For orders over £24.50 delivery is FREE (Uk and EU only)

If you would prefer further security, we can send your parcel by recorded delivery, which will cost a further 80p in the UK and £3.60 to overseas addresses.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS POLICY
• You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to and including seven days after delivery.
• For a full refund, you must contact us in writing (by email or by letter) within seven days. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Goods must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
• You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value.
• You will receive a cheque from us or a credit will appear on your credit or debit card within thirty days of our receipt of the goods.

What if you receive damaged goods?
Goods will be replaced if damaged during shipment.
Provided you notify us within seven days of receiving the goods, we will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no further cost to you. Please include a description of the damage along with your details requested below. Failing such notice, the goods shall be deemed to be in accordance with these terms and conditions and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and to be liable to pay for all and any charges therefore.

How to return goods to Addicted2Knit.co.uk
Goods returned to Addicted 2 knit must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, phone number and delivery address. All goods should be sent by recorded delivery, and must be insured for the full value of the contents. Addicted2knit.co.uk cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

When advising us of cancellation of an order, or that you received damaged goods, please email addicted2knit.co.uk, or write to the return address below. Send all returned goods to:

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(a) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
(b) Royal Mail or some such postal service does not deliver to your area
(c) One or more goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel the contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not be obliged to offer any additional compensation
